With over 30 years of experience in real estate and mortgage financial services, Margaret is a dedicated professional with a passion for using her expertise to support nonprofit initiatives. Throughout her career, she has specialized in loan processing, financial analysis, and quality control, overseeing $315M+ in mortgage loans. Margaret has also established and supported a mortgage broker services company, where she played a key role in driving performance and growth. Margaret's experience in real estate, combined with her background in compliance, systems integration, and client relationship management, has equipped her with the skills to make a meaningful impact in a nonprofit organization setting. As a volunteer, she is eager to contribute extensive knowledge in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency to support the mission and goals of a nonprofit organization. Margaret believes in leveraging her professional skills to create a positive change and looks forward to applying her expertise to help strengthen the operations of this organization.

Katrina Lumpkin
Katrina is a dynamic and results-driven leader with over a decade of success in sales and customer service. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, driving impactful initiatives, and improving processes for sustainable growth. Recognized for delivering exceptional client satisfaction and retention, she earned the Excellent Customer Experience (ECE) award in 2012. Her strengths include problem-solving, strategic negotiation, and maximizing organizational effectiveness. In her current role as Senior Channel Account Manager and Team Lead at Sage Inc., she manages high-level relationships with C-suite executives.

With expertise in strategic planning, business development, process improvement, and compensation, he brings a holistic approach to problem-solving, ensuring organizations can thrive while making a meaningful difference.
Known for his ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, Donovan is a skilled communicator who quickly adapts to diverse business environments. His background in compensation further equips him to design equitable and competitive frameworks that attract and retain top talent while aligning with broader organizational goals. Committed to service and community empowerment, he leverages his expertise to drive sustainable change and create lasting impact.

Keith is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in operations management and technical project oversight. He has a strong track record of supervising teams, ensuring project success, and resolving complex technical challenges. During his tenure at Porsche Cars North America as the Network Operations Group Supervisor, Keith was responsible for leading a team to complete critical tasks, address issues, and support technical operations. His leadership resulted in the timely resolution of trouble tickets, effective escalation of challenges for resolution, and successful management of key projects, including system upgrades and special initiatives.

Monique has been a dedicated supporter of The Love of Giving since its inception. With a diverse background in marketing, public relations, event coordination, business management, and real estate, she brings a wealth of expertise to every project she touches. A licensed realtor and the owner of Wonderful Life Brand, a full-service event planning firm, Monique excels in managing the complete lifecycle of special events and projects with precision and care. Previously, she ran a successful freelance marketing company, helping small businesses transition from startup to sustained growth. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Monique now proudly calls Atlanta home, where she resides with her husband and three children.

Katherine Grove
Katherine is a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer service, training management, and team leadership. Her experience is complemented by military service as a Chemical Specialist in the U.S. Army. Currently, Katherine is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Capella University to enhance her interpersonal and decision-making skills. She has a proven expertise in developing and managing training programs, fostering client relationships, and resolving complex issues.
